We combine some of our favourite things: ocean swims, breathwork, meditation and great coffee. Together we'll walk, breathe, dip and connect, finishing with a warming brew at the French cafe afterwards.

These monthly gatherings are a beautiful way to start the day - supporting your nervous system, boosting your mood and reminding you of the simple joy of being outdoors in good company.

Jo Pearson is a SOMM meditation teacher and breathwork facilitator with a warm, grounded and compassionate approach. Passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, she creates spaces that support nervous system regulation, self-awareness and genuine transformation. Her classes blend practical tools with deep care, inviting people to slow down, breathe and come home to themselves. Jo has been leading our Walk, Breathe, Plunge sessions for over 4 years! No matter the weather, we plunge once a month.
