Slow down. Breathe deep. Reconnect.
Join me for a two-hour guided walking meditation and nature immersion through the tranquil bushland of Irrawong Reserve. This gentle, sensory-rich experience invites you to step away from the noise of daily life and return to the calm of the present moment—surrounded by the grounding rhythms of nature.
As part of Mental Health and Wellbeing Month, this session is an opportunity to nurture your inner landscape through mindful movement, grounding practices, and nature connection—core to the Healing with Nature philosophy.
Together, we will move slowly, engage all of our senses, and open to the healing qualities of Country.
The mission of Healing with Nature is to offer guided, immersive nature experiences to improve an individual’s health and well-being.
