Who can attend:
Current financial members are eligible to attend, speak, and vote. Observers are welcome but are not eligible to vote.
Members are expected to RSVP to confirm quorum and seating (venue capacity is limited).
Entry without an RSVP is subject to venue capacity.

If your membership has lapsed, you’re welcome to renew in advance or at check-in so you can participate fully.

Nominations:
Committee nominations close 7 days before the AGM. Please submit the Nomination Form by Thursday, 23 October 2025, 6:00 pm AWST.

Proxies and apologies:
If you cannot attend, you may appoint a proxy who is a current financial member. Proxy forms must be received by Wednesday, 29 October 2025, 6:00 pm AWST.
