Warrnambool Repair Cafe - WEDNESDAY 18 December at Warrnambool Community Garden
Event description
Do you have something broken that you want fixed? Then book yourself in for a spot at the Warrnambool Repair Cafe. At this event Warrnambool Community Garden will be hosting their weekly market selling local produce, preserves and much more.
Warrnambool Repair Café is a free community event to repair, reuse and renew household items such as bicycles, clothing, garden tools, toys, furniture or you tell us.
Examples of repairs and fixing you can book for each category are:
- Clothing repairs: e.g. take up hem on dress, mend a hole
- Jewellery: e.g. broken clasp, shorten chain, missing link
- Broken household item: e.g. mower, sprinkler
- Electrical items: e.g. stereo, lamp, mix master
- Bikes: e.g. wonky wheel, screeching brakes, puncture
- Wooden items: e.g. household items or furniture that need fixing or gluing
- 3D printer used to fabricate small parts
- Other: if you can carry it in the door our repairers are always up for a challenge
Please book one item per 30 min slot.
If time slots are booked out for your fix, please join the wait list in case of cancellations.

BOOKINGS ARE RECOMMENDED
We will try to accommodate everyone who visits, however we will prioritise bookings first, and will fit in other fixes if/when we have time. To avoid disappointment, please book!
This is a FREE, volunteer-run community event, however donations are always welcome (there is a donation box at the registration table).
If you have booked and can longer attend, please cancel by clicking on 'UPDATE order' (underneath your ticket barcode) in your confirmation email and follow the links to 'refund'.
