Fruit & Vegetable Watercolours Art Class with Kelsie White

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Learn how to paint Fruit and Vegetables at the light filled studio of Kelsie White Designs.

Discover the basics of watercolour, as you mix some paint, try out some techniques and leave with a special portrait of some delicious, seasonal fruit and vegetables.

NOTE: This is not a botanical illustration class – Kelsie’s style is much more relaxed and will allow you to have fun, play and capture your fruit or veg in a modern illustrative style.

Perfect for anyone wanting to try out watercolours, create some personal art for their home or looking for a fun and creative way to spend some time.

You are welcome to bring your fruit and veggies along from home (something small please!) or paint from the still life arrangement on the table on the day.

Kelsie White's Studio is right next door to A Pot Of Courage. Enter via the pathway down to A Pot of Courage (in between APOC and Ballarat Regional Multicultural Centre).

PLACES ARE LIMITED TO 8 SO WE CAN KEEP IT SMALL AND INTIMATE.

What’s included:

Access to a huge range of colours + the right brushes

Speciality watercolour paper to paint your creation on

A sweet portrait you fruit and/or veg on the day and take home with you!

Plus, a beautiful arvo tea catered by Kitteltys!

What to wear:

Nothing too fancy in case of paint spills (although everything should wash out, we just want to be careful). Be comfortable!
