Wattle Day Forest Therapy
Description
Celebrate Wattle Day by escaping the rush of daily life and discovering the healing power of nature. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest immersion), this gentle, sensory-based experience invites you to slow down and connect with the Australian bush as wattles come into bloom.
Led by a professional guide, you will be invited to quiet your mind and intentionally awaken your senses. As you immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and scents of the forest, you'll have the opportunity to appreciate Australia's iconic wattle and the changing seasons. Whether you are looking to reduce stress, boost your mood, improve clarity, or simply enjoy a moment of profound calm, this session offers a simple yet powerful pathway to greater wellbeing. No fitness level is required—just an open mind and a desire to connect with the natural world.
