Description

Wellbeing starts with genuine human connection. This conference is a human-centred conference. Currently, 1 in 5 employees globally are engaged with their work. So, what are we thinking about that gets in the way of job satisfaction? How can a stressed employee be a productive one?  What do we need to do, to better understand the needs of employees and employers?

We must look at the person behind the professional. Businesses that prioritise the happiness of their people outperform their competitors on almost every level. Happiness is rooted in a sense of belonging and you cannot belong to something you don’t understand. A business needs to care for the mental, physical and financial health of its people to be sustainable.
