Welcome, beautiful soul.

Your spot is confirmed and I am genuinely so excited to share this space with you.

Whether you found your way here through a nudge from a friend, a late-night scroll, or something deeper calling you — trust it. You're exactly where you're meant to be.

What Is ThetaBreath?

ThetaBreath is a powerful, science-backed breathwork practice that blends conscious connected breathing with the principles of ThetaHealing® — a modality I've trained in directly through the lineage of founder Vianna Stibal since 2010.

Together, these tools guide your nervous system from stress and survival mode into a deeply coherent, open, and receptive state — the theta brainwave state — where real healing, insight, and release become possible.

The Science (because yes, your brain actually loves this):

• Conscious connected breathing elevates oxygen, shifts CO2 levels, and activates the parasympathetic nervous system — your body's built-in rest, repair, and restore mode.

• Theta brainwaves are associated with deep meditation, creativity, emotional processing, and subconscious reprogramming — the same state you're in just before sleep or just after waking.

• Research shows breathwork can reduce cortisol, improve heart rate variability (HRV), and support nervous system regulation — effects you'll feel during and after the session.

• This is not about forcing or pushing. This is about allowing. Your breath does the work. You simply show up.

What to Expect:

• A guided, music-supported breathwork journey (approx. 45–60 min depending on the session format)

• Opening grounding + intention setting

• A conscious connected breathing pattern — continuous, rhythmic, with no pause between inhale and exhale

• Possible physical sensations: tingling, warmth, emotional release, deep relaxation, spontaneous insight

• A closing integration period — the magic happens here. Please honour it.

• For workshops: somatic movement, ThetaHealing® guided meditation, and group sharing (always optional)

What to Bring:

• The studio will provide mats, blankets,a nd eye pillows. If you have your favorite items please feel free to bring your own.

• Water — hydrate well before and after

• Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing

• A journal if you like to capture insights afterwards

• An open heart and a willingness to let go

Tips for the Best Experience:

• Eat lightly in the 1–2 hours before class (a light snack is fine; a heavy meal is not your friend here)

• Arrive a few minutes early to settle in, set your mat up, and land in the space

• If you're new to breathwork: you don't need to do it perfectly. There is no perfectly. Just breathe.

• Put your phone on silent and give yourself full permission to be here

A Note on Your Wellbeing (the fun legal bit ✨)

I want to be transparent with you because I genuinely care about your safety and your experience.

Breathwork is a powerful practice, and like any powerful tool, it works best when you use it wisely. Out of love for you and your body, please take a moment to check in with your GP or healthcare provider before attending if any of the following apply to you:

• Cardiovascular conditions or high blood pressure

• Epilepsy or history of seizures

• Severe anxiety, panic disorder, or acute mental health conditions

• Pregnancy

• Recent surgery or significant physical injury

By attending, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily, that you take personal responsibility for your experience, and that you will communicate openly with me before or during the session if anything doesn't feel right. I am always available to modify the practice for you — just come find me. You are the expert on your own body.

There is no pressure, ever, to push through anything. You are always welcome to slow your breath, return to natural breathing, or simply rest at any point. This is your experience.

Please note: ThetaBreath sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
