Eight Steps to Happiness.
Fill your heart with positive thoughts, good intentions and Buddhist wisdom. By following a series of step by step meditations, this retreat gives you the opportunity to connect with your own potential for inner peace and happiness and equips you with special practical methods for keeping a happy and positive mind. 

The focus of the retreat will be one of Buddhism's best loved teachings 'Eight Verses of Training the Mind' by the famous Buddhist meditator Geshe Langri Tangpa. These eight verses reveal powerful meditations that awaken our potential for loving kindness, compassion and wisdom. 

The retreat begins with dinner on Friday night and finishes with lunch on Sunday. There are plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind in the tranquil surroundings, taking in views of the Glass House Mountains. The retreat is catered with delicious vegetarian food, and includes accommodation. All you need to do is to relax and enjoy yourself. Booking is essential – please book early to ensure a place.

Refund policy

Cancellations Should you be required to cancel your booking, you are eligible for a full refund up to three weeks in advance. After this time a 25% administration fee will be charged, as we may be unable to fill the space left. There are no refunds if a cancellation occurs from three days prior to the event - from this time, you will be charged in full.
