    The Art of Forgiveness.

    It is impossible to go through life without feeling harmed or insulted by others, but it is possible to move on from past hurt, to overcome feelings of anger and resentment and to free our self from emotional pain.

    Developing the art of forgiveness enables us to let go and move on with our life. With this practical wisdom we gain clarity and insight into our problems and are able to let go of painful emotions and unhelpful ways of thinking. Through applying these understandings in daily life we can learn to heal our heart, restore harmony to our relationships, make peace with the past, and finally enjoy real mental freedom.

    The retreat begins with dinner on Friday night and finishes with lunch on Sunday. There are plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind in the tranquil surroundings, taking in views of the Glass House Mountains. The retreat is catered with delicious vegetarian food, and includes accommodation. All you need to do is to relax and enjoy yourself. Booking is essential – please book early to ensure a place.
