In our weekly session you'll have the chance to do just that, learning to become aware of the inhale and exhale, the pause in between and the feeling of letting go of limiting beliefs, stories and all that has held you back.

No experience required - this class is for everyone. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been practicing for years, you’ll leave with something meaningful.

Class Details

📍Venue - Prana Wellness Hub (14 Smith Street, Mooloolaba)
⏰ Time - Every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm
🅿️ Parking - Free 4 Hours at Park n Go Mooloolaba (right next door) and limited spaces at the studio parking lot marked 'Prana Wellness Hub'
