Breath Awareness & Nervous System Regulation Each week, you'll improve your breathing, calm your mind, and learn how to regulate your nervous system. 

Through simple but powerful techniques, you’ll track your progress, challenge yourself, and discover how to relax deeply while staying present. Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.


We’ve been practicing breathwork since 2013, exploring both modern science and ancient traditions. With 12 certifications and years of experience, we’re here to share what works. Your breath is the remote control to your nervous system—learn to use it for your benefit.



No experience needed—this class is open to everyone. Whether you're new to breathwork or have been practicing for years, you’ll take away something valuable.



This is also a great space if you're interested in Breathwork Instructor Training. Our next courses are coming up in Brisbane (June) and Melbourne (August)—come along, experience the practice, and see if it's the right fit for you!

We believe breathwork should be accessible to everyone, which is why we keep our approach grounded, practical, and free from unnecessary hype—just real tools that work in everyday life.

📍 Where: Noosa Flow Studio (above Belmondos) - 59 Rene St, Noosaville QLD 4566

🚗 Plenty of free parking available at the front and rear of the studio.

📅 When: Every Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
