Event description

A free weekly breathwork circle for the community to gather and breathe together.

This is a safe space where all are welcome as they are to process and move through whatever they need to. Through the power of the breath, you will be guided through a 30-40 minute breath flow - building an ongoing practice of releasing any traumas/stressors/anxieties to develop more peace and joy in your day-to-day life.

Each breathwork experience looks different, one week may stir up stronger emotions such as anger or grief, while others can be lighter through moments of laughter and profound relaxation. All are welcome, all are okay. Whatever comes up is what's meant to!

These sessions are designed to remain intimate with a maximum of 4 or 5 participants. This is to respect everyone's space and ensure I can support all individuals properly as needed.

There is no wrong way to do this :) I would be so grateful for the pleasure to meet and hold space for all parts of you.

Attendance notes:

- Please wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga / fitness mat if you have one. If not, please let me know so I can provide the proper materials for you.

- You're welcome to bring along a blanket / bolster if you would like (not mandatory).

- Please refrain from consuming food, coffee, or alcohol 90 minutes prior to the event (breathwork on an empty stomach is more comfortable).
