Event description
Get ready to Welcome Winter with a blazing bush dance bash at the Cygnet Town Hall.
Five Miles from Town will provide the music for the night with foot stomping old time tunes played on 3 fiddles, 3 banjos, a guitar, uke and a double bass.
Can’t dance! Yes you can….
Don’t know how to dance! Moves are demonstrated and all dances are called
Don’t have a partner! There’s always someone to dance with💃🏼
🌼 No more excuses ….. grab your family, friends or come by yourself and head on down to the Cygnet Town Hall in the beautiful Huon Valley to usher in winter 🌼
Music will kick off at 6.30 but there will be food available from 6pm by local foodie "Bogan Josh" - gluten free and veg options available.
We will also be joined by the very enterprising students from Peregrine School selling fabulous home made treats to help fund their upcoming trip to Japan.
You are most welcome to bring your own food and drinks as there will be tables and seating available. We do ask that you take home with you what you bring.
AND do bring your water bottles with you as dancing is thirsty work!
