Welcome guest teacher Scott Blossom!

The Well of Being welcomes guest teacher Scott Blossom, who will guide two traditional practices: Sudarshan Kriya, a three part breathing practice, and Kirtan Kriya, a mantra meditation combining sound, mudra, and visualization that has been studied for its cognitive health benefits.

All are welcome, whether new to these methods or experienced practitioners.

Scott Blossom L.Ac. has integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Āyurveda, Yoga somatics, and evidence-based nutrition into his clinical practice and educational offerings for more than 25 years. He has been a long time student of Ayurveda and Yoga with Dr. Robert Svoboda and Shandor Remete.
