When work and life get busy, it’s easy to push wellbeing to the side. This session is your chance to hit pause, enjoy a nourishing meal, and walk away with simple strategies to support yourself and your team.
Designed for primary producers, small business owners, team members and community leaders, this relaxed experience offers real connection and simple, proven strategies to build lasting wellbeing.
Facilitated by Be Well Co — a team with hands-on experience supporting rural and regional communities in real, down-to-earth ways.
