Wellington Walk the Waterfront
Event description
Wellington Walk the Waterfront
Top Up Together
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week’s Be Active day, the Aotearoa Mental Health Collective invites you to join us for an evening of movement, connection and community.
We’ll gather at The Lounge at St John's Bar, Wellington from 5.30 pm for a warm welcome and a chance to connect. Then at 6 pm we'll take a walk along the beautiful Wellington waterfront, returning to The Lounge at St John's around 6.45 pm.
After the walk, you’ll have the opportunity to share a meal or snacks of your choice, deepen connections, and continue the conversation in a relaxed setting. As this is a free event, you’ll order and pay for any food and drinks yourself and can choose from the wide range on offer at St John's Bar.
Walking alongside others and taking the time to connect can boost our wellbeing, reduce stress, lift our mood and strengthen our sense of belonging.
Spaces are limited, so secure your spot today.
We look forward to connecting, walking and topping up our wellbeing together this Mental Health Awareness week.
With thanks to St John's Bar, who have generously provided the venue for this free event.
