Join us for West Coast Re-Villaging Night, a collaborative in-person and online gathering to map the growing ecovillage movement along the West Coast and begin co-creating the 2026 West Coast ReVillaging Tour!
Hosted by City Repair, the Community Village Network, and O.U.R. Ecovillage at Bridge Space PDX as part of the 2025 Village Building Convergence, this event brings together community builders, land stewards, and visionary organizers to reconnect, collaborate, and strengthen our bioregional network.
Whether you're part of a ecovillage, living in an intentional community, tending a permaculture site, or simply dreaming up your first village-based project—you’re invited to bring your voice, your vision, and your presence.
✨ What to Expect:
-
We'll begin with a community potluck, so bring a dish to share and connect with fellow villagers before we dive in!
-
Introductions from Ashley Bonn & Michkael Baker, co-founders of the Community Village Network
-
Opening values and purpose-setting with Brandy Gallagher (O.U.R. Ecovillage, BC – joining via Zoom), grounding us in relationality and the deeper why of Re-Villaging as an act of ancestral remembrance and collective regeneration
-
A powerful call to action by Mark Lakeman, co-founder of City Repair, on the urgency of this moment—inviting us to coalesce through common cause, recognize ourselves as a bioregional movement, and boldly inhabit our collective destiny
-
A collaborative map-making activity: marking ecovillages, intentional communities, and village-based projects along the West Coast
-
Collective visioning and planning for the 2026 West Coast ReVillaging Tour
Remote participation via Zoom with live chat and digital map contributions
