This event is for adults only.

Who This Event Is For:
Parents and carers of children with disability, developmental delay, autism, rare or genetic conditions, and medical needs.
These catch-ups are just for parents and carers.
What to expect:
Free shared style dinner and soft drinks, with gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options
A chance to meet and connect with other local parents and carers
Space to unwind and feel seen
This catch-up is hosted by Deb and Sarah:
Deb is a proud mum to Elsden, who has Down syndrome. She’s deeply passionate about inclusion and brings warmth and insight to her work supporting fellow parents through peer connection.
Sarah is the sole parent of two boys, one of whom is Autistic. She understands the challenges of juggling parenting and looking after her own self-care while managing her son’s supports. Sarah’s passionate about empowering children and their families through programs that promote inclusion, embrace diversity, and difference, and celebrate the significant role families play in children’s lives.
