Most people use AI like a vending machine. Put a prompt in, get an answer out, never think about what's happening inside the box.

This is a Spark Festival session with a different shape. In one hour, we go from "what level of AI maturity are you actually on" to "here's agentic AI doing real work" to the part nobody demos: the moment it says no.

Because the AI that never refuses anything isn't safe, it's just not paying attention. The interesting question isn't whether AI can do the task. It's whether it knows when it shouldn't.

Cassandra Cadorin took her agency from fourteen people to four, then built the machine instead of hiring the twelve back. She's been sharing the how with Stone and Chalk AI Entrepreneur Accelerators in rooms in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide and more recently Auckland.
