Australian wheat is highly regarded around the world for noodles, breads, cookies, cakes and many other products. Grown in one of the cleanest environments in the world, Australian wheat provides excellent value to millers with its high milling yield, low moisture, cleanliness and excellent colour.
AEGIC is committed to providing you with technical information and support to help you optimise the value of Australian wheat. On Monday 6 May, we will visit Taipei to give you an update on the latest developments in the Australian wheat industry and the most recent harvest.
This seminar will feature a range of speakers from the Australian wheat industry. Topics will include:
- The benefits of Australian wheat for flour millers and food manufacturers.
- The 2023/24 Australian wheat harvest: quality, functionality and technical support.
- Australian wheat breeding for South East Asian products, including new breeding technologies.
The seminar includes a networking lunch.
