Cheese and wine will forever be an irresistible offering, but what if we told you that the height of sophistication is in pairing Burrata with Champagne. Italian cheese, French wine, the theatre of Burrata, the celebration of Champagne, when the two meet, it’s love at first bite.
Join us for an evening of delicious discovery, guided by expert authors of ‘Burrata: A Journey Through Craft, Flavour & Tradition’ Giorgio Linguanti and ‘Celebrating Champagne: A Wine For All Seasons’ Sally Hillman.
With Giorgio & Sally you’ll travel through the unique history and regional character of these much-loved delicacies. The evening will centre around a four-course meal, crafted by Head Chef Carlos Naspiran at The Cheesery in Chadstone’s Market Pavilion, with boutique grower-producer Champagnes to match, hand selected by Sally.
