Cask Finishes

Barrel finishes, how the different barrels used in aging whisk(e)y impact the flavours and aromas that we all know and enjoy from this most marvellous spirit.  You'll be trying a variety of single malt whiskies finished in port, sherry, and many other finishes so you can fully understand what it means when someone says "it's been finished in X"

From calvados, tequila, marsala to red wine, sangiovese and sauternes; explore a new world of whisky you may not have known about before.
