Welcome to our Whisky Tasting at The Cavenagh Hotel presented by The Exchange. We invite you for an evening of Premium Whisky, Rum and a selection of canapés on Wednesday 1 November from 5.30pm.
Guests will indulge in the following spirits paired with a selection of canapés prepared by our very own Cavenagh Chefs.
- Toki blended Japanese Whisky paired with Salmon on tapioca cracker.
- Basil Hayden Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey matched with our famous Roast Pork Belly & Seared Scallop with chilli caramel & apple.
- Maker's Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey served with Dry Age Waggu Rump with chimichurri sauce.
- Maker’s 46 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey paired with grilled Short Rib and Smokey BBQ sauce.
- RATU 8 Year Old Signature Premium Rum served with a dark chocolate brownie and orange chocolate sauce.
