Registration:

• List ALL individual names even if registering as a group and paying with one credit card.

• Registration fees are transferable but non-refundable.

• For ladies 16 and older.

• There will be interpretation for the deaf.

• Registrations after April 1, 2025 will not be entered into Door Prize Drawings.

• A "Mothers' Room" will be provided for nursing mothers.

• EARLY Full Registration: January 2, 2025 - April 1, 2025 ($75).

• LATE Full Registration: Starts April 2, 2025 ($90).

• Walk-In Registration: Starts April 30, 2025 ($90).

• Ala Carte Registration: Starts January 2 ($30 per Session).

Rates & Fees:

Premier Resort Areas are subject to additional sales & lodging tax. This tax can be avoided by making group reservations using your church tax exemption information. When calling the Kalahari, be sure to obtain complete information on the check-in process for using the church exemption and church credit cards. This will avoid check-in delays for your ladies.

Room Rates for 2-night stay:

• Double Queen + Balcony (DQB): $316 ($158 per night x 2 nights) Sleeps 4.

• King Living Room Kitchen (KLRK): $382 ($191 per night x 2 nights) (1 king bed, sofa sleeper) Sleeps 4.

• 2 Bedroom Living Room Kitchen (2BLRK): $698 ($349 per night x 2 nights) Sleeps 8.

• 3 Bedroom Living Room Kitchen or (3BLRK): $1,014 ($507 per night x2 nights) Sleeps 12.

• Room Reservations require one night's room deposit per room reserved.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the event are subject to a $25 fee per room cancellation fee.

• Any cancellations after that time are charged the full one night deposit fee.

Minister's Wives and Lady Ministers Luncheon on Friday:

• Immediately following the ShareFair.

• For minister's wives, lady ministers and Solid Gold Givers.

• Tickets may be purchased online at the same time as registration.

• Tickets for this event must be purchased by April 15, 2025.

• The cost is $35.

North American Missions (NAM) GIFT CARDS:

You are invited to bring Wal-Mart and Kwik Trip gift cards of any amount to bless our Wisconsin NAM families. While registering, you may place your cards in the designated box located on the registration table. All cards received will be given equally to each of the current Wisconsin NAM families.

Mothers Memorial Offering:

A special Mothers Memorial offering will be received on Friday evening. Please note: Mothers Memorial offerings given at Ladies Retreat count towards your church's annual giving. If you would like your church to receive credit for your personal giving, be sure to indicate/write your church name on your check or giving envelope.

Golden Givers:

Were you a Golden Giver in 2025? Have you received a notification of your Golden Giver status? if not, please contact Sis. Bailey atwilmpresident@gmail.com.

Do you want to participate in the Golden Giver program? Those who give a one-time offering of $100 or $500 to Mothers Memorial either at Ladies Retreat or at their home church will qualify to be a "Golden Giver."

Ladies who qualified as a Solid Gold Giver by giving $500 or as a Diamond Giver by giving $1500 in the 2025 Mothers Memorial offering, are invited to join this luncheon at no cost. Must Register for the luncheon using the code provided. If you have not received a code, please contact Sis Bailey at wilmpresident@gmail.com.

At retreat, you must write “Golden Giver,” your name, and your church name on the check or offering envelope to qualify.

Sales Room:

• The Sales Room is our own shopping center featuring vendors with an array of items.

• The Sales Room is open before & after retreat service times.

• Included will be the Pentecostal Publishing House, Apostolic Authors, as well as a variety of Clothing and General Merchandise Vendors.

• Vendor spaces require pre-approval. Submit questions and requests to: wisconsinladiessecretary@gmail.com.

• Spaces are limited and sold on a first-come, first-approved basis.

• Cost is $100 for General Spaces (8ft table) and $400 for Clothing Spaces (10ft x10 ft space); limited to a maximum of 3 spaces per vendor.

Day of Event:

• Hotel and Retreat Registration begin at 4:00 pm.

• Sales Room opens at 4:00 pm.

• First Service - Doors open at 6:00 pm; Prayer at 6:15 pm.
