Registration

List ALL individual names even if registering as a group and paying with one credit card.
Registration fees are transferable but non-refundable.
For ladies 16 and older.
EARLY Full Registration January 2, 2026- April 1, 2026 ($75).
LATE Full Registration Starts April 2, 2026 ($90).
Walk-In Registration Starts April 30, 2026 ($90).
Ala Carte Registration Starts January 2, 2026 ($30 per Session).

General Info

Interpretation for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing will be available in all MAIN session.
Spanish Translation will be available for all MAIN sessions.
Door Prize Drawings Registrations after April 1, 2026 will not be entered into the drawings.
Infants are welcome We love little ones - Young Infants are welcome when they're accompanied in arms or in a carrier/stroller.
Mothers' Room will be provided for nursing mothers.

Reservations

Hotel reservations open January 2, 2026, and close March 16, 2026.
Every person who gets a key MUST be listed on the room reservation to avoid additional charges at check-in.
Rooms are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Rates & Fees

Premier Resort Areas are subject to additional sales & lodging tax. This tax can be avoided by making group reservations using your church tax exemption information. When calling the Kalahari, be sure to obtain complete information on the check-in process for using the church exemption and church credit cards. This will avoid check-in delays for your ladies.

Room Rates for 2-night stay:

Double Queen + Balcony (DQB): $316 ($158 per night x 2 nights) Sleeps 4.
King Living Room Kitchen (KLRK): $382 ($191 per night x 2 nights) (1 king bed, sofa sleeper) Sleeps 4.
2 Bedroom Living Room Kitchen (2BLRK): $698 ($349 per night x 2 nights) Sleeps 8.
3 Bedroom Living Room Kitchen or (3BLRK): $1,014 ($507 per night x2 nights) Sleeps 12.
Room Reservations require one night's room deposit per room reserved.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

WI Ladies Ministries follows the Kalahari policies you agree to when making your room reservations.

Minister's Wives and Lady Ministers Luncheon on Friday:

Immediately following the ShareFair.
For minister's wives, lady ministers, Solid Gold Givers, & Diamond Givers.
Tickets may be purchased online at the same time as registration.
Tickets for this event must be purchased by April 15, 2026.
The cost is $35.

North American Missions (NAM) GIFT CARDS:

You are invited to bring Wal-Mart and Kwik Trip gift cards of any amount to bless our Wisconsin NAM families. Currently, WI supports 7 NAM missionaries. For the most current info, click here. At registration, you may place your cards in the designated box located on the registration table. All cards received will be given equally to each of the current Wisconsin NAM families.

Mothers Memorial Offering:

A special Mothers Memorial offering will be received on Friday evening. Please note: Mothers Memorial offerings given at Ladies Retreat count towards your church's annual giving. If you would like your church to receive credit for your personal giving, be sure to indicate/write your church name on your check or giving envelope.

Were you a Golden Giver in 2025?

Ladies who gave $500 (Solid Gold) or $1,500 (Diamond) in the 2025 Mothers Memorial offering are invited to attend the Women of Faith Luncheon at no cost.

Use your registration code to sign up. You must register to attend the luncheon so we can include you in the meal count. If you haven’t received a code — please email Sis. Bailey at wilmpresident@gmail.com.

If you gave $100 (Rose Gold) and haven’t been contacted, please email Sis. Bailey so she can make sure we have a Golden Giver Pin ready for you to pick up at Ladies Retreat.

We’re opening the program to everyone this year!

$25 suggested offering (honor system): Receive your Golden Giver pin at retreat (must give at retreat).
$500+ (Solid Gold): Invitation to the Women of Faith Luncheon (May 2027).
$1,500+ (Diamond): Invitation to the Golden Giver Tea at the Pfister Hotel (October 2026).

When giving at Ladies Retreat, you must write “Golden Giver,” your name, and your church name on the check or offering envelope to qualify.

Sales Room:

THE SHOPS is our own shopping center featuring vendors with an array of items.
THE SHOPS are open before & after retreat service times.
A variety of Clothing Vendors and General Merchandise Vendors will be represented in THE SHOPS.
The Pentecostal Publishing House will be represented. They will have a great variety of books, Bibles, curriculum, etcs
RESALE SHOP - We will have our very first RESALE SHOP with items provided from YOU! Please speak to your Pastor's wife or ladies leader if you have items to donate. YOUR CHURCH will receive MOTHER"S MEMORIAL credit from the sales.

Spaces are limited and sold on a first-come, first-approved basis.
Cost is $100 for General Spaces (8ft table) and $400 for Clothing Spaces (10ft x10 ft space); limited to a maximum of 3 spaces per vendor.

Day of Event:

Hotel and Retreat Registration begin at 4:00 pm.
Sales Room opens at 4:00 pm.
First Service - Doors open at 6:00 pm; Prayer at 6:15 pm.
