Widow Jane is a New York whiskey producer from the Cacao Prieto Distillery in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

The flagship of the portfolio is the Widow Jane 10 year old Bourbon. It is a small expression that is sent to Brooklyn in barrel prior to being proofed in the distillery. Other whiskies within the core range include the Lucky Thirteen and the Decadence, which is aged in ex-maple syrup barrels.

The Widow Jane mash bill is a blend of heirloom Baby Jane corn, malted rye and malted barley. After fermentation the liquid is distilled in 1,000 liter batches prior to aging period in new and charred American oak barrels. All whiskies within the portfolio are proofed with mineral water sourced from the Widow Jane mine in Rosendale just northeast of the city. No whiskies are produced at cask strength; instead, the mine water with its high mineral content of both limestone and magnesium is relied upon to impart a unique flavor profile.
