Wild ACT - One Day Hikes

Do you want to get into the Great Outdoors in the ACT but don’t know where to start or where to go? Think that bushwalking clubs are just for older people? Then think again!

Wild ACT: One day Hikes is for 18-30 year olds who want to get out into the bush and do some walking.

Join our passionate wildlife lover Rach who will guide you in exploring the wild and wonderful natural areas around the ACT.  Limited to 10 people. 

When: Sunday 23 March 

Time: 8:45am for 9am start. Finish at 2pm.

Where: A different walk and location will be chosen each month but will be based in the ACT and will be established trails. 

Meeting point: Outside the Belconnen Youth Centre, Cnr Chandler Street and Swanson Ct. at 8.45am Sunday 22 March. We travel together in a small bus to/from the trail.  

Please bring: Water bottle, sunscreen, hat, snacks. Footwear: you’ll need enclosed footwear such as boots or runners. Wear sunsafe clothing – long-sleeved light shorts with collars.

Open to people who live, work or study in Bruce or Belconnen who are aged 18-30.
