Event description

Come and welcome in spring with a beautiful relaxing day soaking your soul in nature with like minded people.

Tam and Anna combining their work with their love of nature will be a beautiful experience of joy, ease and balance. This is a day where we will arrive early and move our bodies whilst the sun is rising. We will deepen into a meditation, connecting with self and nature. Sometimes in our daily rush we let go of the importance of this element in life, being with nature. When we remember the ease and deep joy we can experience just by simply being still and present, we open up to new ideas and possibilities or simply find the calmness we have been craving. Our experience will complete with breathwork and an immersion in an ice-bath( always optional). To us, these experiences in nature are just so beautiful and profound on the mind, body and soul.

The day will incorporate a sunrise Vinyassa Flow Yoga session, meditation, cacao, breathwork, cold water therapy and walking. For this day we do recommend moderate fitness due to the walking we are doing through the morning.

Date: 8th Septemebr 2024

Time: 6am with a 5.50am arrival. We will walk to the location and set up for yoga as the sun rises.

What to bring: Bathers, towel, comfy and warm clothes, yoga mat, back pack to carry items
