Throughout the evening, Jackie will dive into what makes Oregon wines unique, offering tasting notes, discussing production techniques, and taking a closer look at what makes each wine an "Oregon Gem".

Whether you're already a lover of Willamette Valley wines, or just beginning your wine journey, this class is a great way to explore Oregon wine and expand your tasting skills.

Charcuterie-styled snacks will be provided by the Boise Co-op Deli.

About the Instructor

Jackie Elo has 20+ years of experience in the wine world. In addition to being an owner of Amphora Wine Co., Jackie is a Community Wine Educator Extraordinaire and has taught dozens of classes at the Boise Co-op.
