🜃 Winter Cocoon – Cacao Ceremony, Meditation & Yin Yoga
You are invited into a sacred afternoon of deep rest and inner connection.
A gentle cocoon to honour the quiet stillness of Winter, a time to slow down, soften, and return to the wisdom within.
Together, we will move through a nurturing sequence of:
- Meditation & gentle breath
- Ceremonial cacao to open the heart
- Yin yoga to unwind the body and nervous system
- Journaling to bring clarity and reflection
- Essential oils for seasonal balance
- A long, sound-infused savasana to integrate and rest
This ceremony is an invitation to pause.
