Get ready for the Winter Cook-Up Series!

Join us for a fun culinary adventure where food, family, and joy unite. This workshop welcomes everyone—parents, caregivers, grandparents, and friends—to bring the kids for a day of storytelling and cooking. Learn to make Fatayer, a tasty Middle Eastern pastry.

Meet Fadia, our culinary guide!

Fadia, a Palestinian/Syrian chef living in Tasmania, is excited to share her love for Middle Eastern cuisine. You'll learn to make two delicious Fatayer: spinach and meat. Enjoy your creations in a shared meal from 1 pm to 1:30 pm.
