Winter Rose Women's Circle - Full Day Immersion

Beautiful Sisters,

I am bringing my Rose Magick to rural Queensland, this is a rare opportunity to share space with me for a full day of immersive ceremony, journeying and sisterhood.

We gather on 15th June, just days before Winter Solstice (Traditional and Exact Date this year: 21st June) and during the waning Moon in Aquarius and with beautiful Venus transiting through Taurus gifting us an opportunity to embrace the energies of releasing and surrender into deep nourishment in preparation for the shortest day and longest night of the year.

At this time the Rose of Winter is in her wilted stage her petals having fallen to the Earth to make way for the powerful nourishment of the Rosehips to form. She is contemplative, reflective and turning inward to conserve her energy so that she may place it deeply within her roots to anchor and prepare to bud and bloom again with Spring.

The Waning Moon in Aquarius offers us the opportunity to release stagnation, and old stories and instead urges us to connect into unique perspectives which support a greater sense of freedom and independence thus encouraging a conduit for creative expression. Aquarius offers a balance of the intellectual and emotional bodies.

Beautiful Venus transits into Taurus on the 6th of June until early July, she is at home here and grounded within sensuality, comfort and luxury. Taurus to me is represented by beloved Hathor, Egyptian Goddess of Nourishment, Music, Dance, Joy and Sensuality, she is celestial Mother and so closely associated with Rose energies, she will be our Muse for the day.

And so, with these powerful combined aspects we will share a nourishing day of release and surrender designed to support the path into deep winter.

This Winter Rose Sisterhood immersion will offer you a deeply nourishing shared supported space to explore these energies both individually and as a collective through Sacred Ceremony, Guided Journeying, Medicine Drum, Movement and Goddess Connections all infused with the energies of the Winter Rose.

What to Bring/Wear:

I will be bringing warming elixirs, delicious treats and juices, please bring a plate of food for lunch to share, vegetarian recommended.

As the days are becoming colder you may wish to dress in layers to accommodate mother nature's changing weather, feel free to wear something ceremonial, rose patterned or whatever you feel comfortable in. If you would like to bring a rattle or bell to dance with or a scarf you are most welcome.

You may also wish to bring mats, blankets, pillow for our journeying practices to allow you to nest into warming comfort and also your journal for recording your experiences.

My magickal Sister Tay from The Old Bone Mother will have a table of magickal goodies for sale on the day, so bring cash if you wish to purchase anything. She is also facilitating a wonderful Intuitive Rattle Creation Workshop on Saturday 14th, the day before this Winter Rose event, I believe that she has a couple of spaces left if you wish to attend her workshop and then mine and make a weekend of it.
