Join Haley and Areti for a soul nourishing Winter Solstice Day Retreat by the warmth of the indoor fire place

This retreat day is created just for Women as a sanctuary to soften, exhale, and reconnect with your inner light.

A day dedicated just for you… to find inspiration, clarity, peace and space to feel your feelings, untangle your thoughts and remember who you are.

What’s included:

•Deeply restful Restorative Yoga

•Gentle Healing breathwork and sound healing to soothe the nervous system

•Journaling prompts to guide self reflection

•Sacred silence and meaningful connection in community

•Nourishing vegetarian gluten free warming meal

•Herbal teas, chai, and space to simply be

•A heart centred safe space for Women to rest, heal, connect, and remember what it feels like to nourish your entire being.

This is a day to honour the turning of the season, the cycles within you, and the quiet strength that grows in the dark.

Guided by women who have walked through the fire … so that they can in return offer an authentic, non - judgemental, safe and supportive space for you to do the same.
