'WINTER SOLSTICE' WOMEN'S CIRCLE

Join us to honour Winter Solstice -- the longest night of the year.  

Ancient cultures all over the world have celebrated winter solstice as a time of rejuvenation and new beginnings. It is considered one of the most powerful times of the year. 

Join us to deepen your sense of restoration and recovery, tap into your inner wisdom and plant the seed of new beginnings.  

As part of our winter circle, get ready to -- 

  • Enjoy a restful retreat, allowing yourself to pause, reflect and let go. 
  • Join a grounding breathing exercise to connect with yourself and each other.  
  • Nurture your body and spirit with gentle Yin Yoga, moving mindfully and honoring the strength within you. 
  • Embark on a journey of connection – listening deeply and tapping into your inner wisdom, supported by the powerful energy of our circle.  
  • Nourish your body and soul with delicious local food, chai and teas, savoring the moments of connection and rejuvenation. 
  • Unleash your creativity in a collaborative mandala activity, reflecting the interconnectedness of our journeys. 
  • Lift each other up, connect in a welcoming space and get excited for the light of the sun to return.  

AN INCLUSIVE SPACE: The event is an inclusive space, welcoming women of all ages from all walks of life without judgment.  

THE VENUE: Edithvale (exact location TBC) -- within close proximity to Frankston and surrounding suburbs.  

OUR FACILITATORS: Led by Louise Dunne, with support from Team Teal Facilitators who will guide you through the solstice activities.

ABOUT WOMEN'S SPIRIT CIRCLES. The WSP is planning to offer additional Women’s Spirit Circle Events to form a consecutive series, celebrating our seasons throughout 2024. 
Our circles provide a supportive environment where women hold space for each other. While our circle events provide an opportunity for inner work, they are not designed as as replacement for therapy or counselling.

Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS. All ticket sales are final, your ticket can be transferred or donated but unfortunately refunds are not available. In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, the event may need to be cancelled at short notice. This decision will not be taken lightly, however we will unconditionally put safety first when making this decision. No refunds can be provided in the event of a cancellation due to factors out of our control. All proceeds go towards supporting women in our community and directly fund the next Spirit of Transformation Program.
