'WINTER SOLSTICE' WOMEN'S CIRCLE

Join us to honour Winter Solstice -- the longest night of the year.

Ancient cultures all over the world have celebrated winter solstice as a time of rejuvenation and new beginnings. It is considered one of the most powerful times of the year.

Join us to deepen your sense of restoration and recovery, tap into your inner wisdom and plant the seed of new beginnings.

As part of our winter circle, get ready to --

Enjoy a restful retreat, allowing yourself to pause, reflect and let go.
Join a grounding breathing exercise
Nurture your body with gentle Tai Chi, moving mindfully and honoring the strength within.
Embark on a journey of connection – tapping into your inner wisdom, supported by the powerful energy of our circle.
Nourish your body and soul with delicious soups, chai and teas, savoring the moments of connection.
Restore body, mind and soul, listening to the calming sound of singing bowls.
Lift each other up, connect in a welcoming space and get excited for the light of the sun to return.
