The Winter Solstice, falling on June 21st in the Southern Hemisphere, marks the longest night and shortest day of the year. It’s a powerful turning point — a time when the Earth tilts furthest from the sun, inviting us to pause, reflect, and realign with nature’s rhythms.

Ancient cultures celebrated the Winter Solstice as a time of rebirth and renewal. The symbolic "return of the light." As the sun begins its slow return and days gradually grow longer, it reminds us that even in darkness, light always finds its way back.

Spiritually, it’s a moment to go inward, shed old layers, and plant new intentions for the months ahead. It invites us to gather in community, honour the season, and connect with something deeper, within ourselves and with each other.

Winter Soulfest is our way of celebrating this sacred time. With ritual, music, food, fire, and soul connection. Come as you are and leave feeling nourished, inspired, and held.

This event is co-created with our beautiful Wellness Wednesday team, a group of passionate facilitators who hold space every week at Riverdell. Winter Soulfest is a chance for them to share their offerings in one rich, soulful evening ~ a true celebration of community and heart-led service.

Please note there are limited tickets to keep the space sacred & intimate. 

🌿 Please Note:
This event is planned to be held outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of rain or cold weather, we will move indoors and run the evening as a rotational-style workshop, offering the same heart, intention, and connection. Just in a slightly different flow. No matter the format, the magic will remain the same.
