Winter Wellness & Connection Evening

Join us for a heartwarming evening dedicated to women’s health, movement, and meaningful connection, while supporting a beautiful cause.

This event is a fundraiser for the Footprints Foundation, a local charity that supports families within 40km of Sale who are navigating a cancer diagnosis. Footprints provides practical, tailored support, whether it’s financial assistance, help with garden care, meal deliveries or anything else a family might need during treatment. Their mission is simple: offer what’s needed, when it’s needed most.

The Evening at a Glance:

We’ll begin with a 45-minute beginner mat Pilates class led by Lou Cartledge, with a focus on hip health, building strength, improving flexibility and grounding you in your body.

Afterward, enjoy a light dinner and hear from our expert panel of speakers:

• Dr. Libby Neilson, General Practitioner

• Cara Johnston, Holistic Pelvic Care Practitioner

Together, they’ll share simple, empowering ways to care for your body through winter and prepare your health for the warmer seasons ahead.

We’ll close the evening with space to connect, chat with others, and ask our speakers any questions you may have.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your ticket, we offer a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date.
