Highly acclaimed chef Scott Heffernan will create a marvellous multi-course lunch on Sunday 1 August featuring Rathmore bred grass-fed lamb. Legendary viticulturist Fred Peacock from Bream Creek Vineyard and renowned wine and food writer Winsor Dobbin will pair extraordinary Bream Creek and other beautiful local wines for an amazing feast and excellent wine commentary and banter, answering all your questions on Tasmanian wines.
