𝗞𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮, 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 with 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, that uses a series of movements and breath exercises that create mental and physical endurance, reduce stress, and build core strength. It is appropriate for all levels of practice as each position I offer basic / intermediate / advanced levels.

Overview:
In a Kundalini Yoga class you will explore the building blocks Pranayama (breathing exercises), Bhandas (body locks), Asanas (postures), Mudras (gestures) and Mantras (sacred sounds) that are combined at the same time (called a Kriya).

The Magic :
It is a purification and correction process to harness your energy to move and cleanse through your gut, heart and head neurology, connecting to turn on the vagus nerve system, endocrine glands and circulatory system for all mental, physical and spiritual health.

Kundalini Yoga with Goldie :
You may of heard of Kundalini Yoga and seen postures where it can look intense -which is a choice in levels to experience - in my classes I work with a system that less is more. We will work in smaller increments for your meditative focus to be the process. My classes are intention based, we work with lighting a candle, finding clear intention and being aware of the different levels of peoples abilities so everyone feels able to find their inner grounding and build from that foundation with the unity energy of the room.

What makes my classes different I do not use music I work with the Gong + Alchemy Quartz Crystal Tones Bowls as the frequencies to elevate and support the experience.

What to Expect:

⦿ We Tune in - learn the mantra + find your voice for your personal call out to the universe | Gong clearing with Meditation

⦿ Kundalini Yoga( Kriya) - the platform of breath, body locks, postures, gestures + mantras, with each week we will do a different Kriya for what is happening with the planets (moon energy) as well as offering a few choices to the group for the consensus of whats needed. I work with a full kriya that has been put together for supporting the unwinding, processing and recalibrating of your bodies.
