WOC Skill Collective Community Night: Uncovering Your Unique Strengths
Description
Join us for an intimate, low-pressure evening designed to foster genuine connections while diving deep into what makes you uniquely powerful. This community night offers the best of both worlds - spend some time expanding your network and forging new friendships, whilst also being guided to develop a better understanding of your own potential.
Anne Thomas, founder of Unhidden Potential will take us through a relaxed, interactive strengths coaching session, and introduce attendees to Strengths Profile, a world-leading strengths tool built from over a decade of theoretical and empirical research in positive psychology.
If you’ve ever felt drained by your current goals, unsure of your career path, or simply want to undertake some self-reflection, this session is for you. A strength isn't just something you're good at - it’s something you do well and feel energized by. When we play to our strengths, we’re happier, more confident, and less prone to burnout. At this event, Anne's workshop will deep-dive into identifying your own strengths, managing your energy more efficiently, and developing goals aligned with your individual strengths profile.
We will also use the evening to actively connect with fellow Women of Colour and migrant women who are walking similar paths as ours, and are keen to learn, grow, and support other women along the way.
Come along for authentic conversations, community building, and a clearer picture of your own unhidden potential. We can't wait to see you there!
Note: Your ticket covers light refreshments, and access to an exclusive discount on 1:1 strengths coaching sessions to take your insights further. One lucky participant will also secure a complementary 1:1 virtual strength coaching with Anne - more details at the event :)
