A Monthly Women’s Circle at Casa Aluna
Once a month, something simple and beautiful happens…
Women gather.
The candles are lit.
The outside world softens.
And for a few hours… you don’t have to be anything for anyone.
No roles.
No pressure.
No expectations.
Just space to land.
This is not a workshop.
It’s not something to “get right.”
It’s a space to:
• move your body
• laugh, cry, or say nothing at all
• be witnessed without needing to explain yourself
• reconnect with yourself in a way that feels easy
Some evenings feel soft and grounding…
Others open into joy, music, and connection.
You might find yourself:
✨ gently stretching or lying on the floor doing nothing
✨ moving freely to music
✨ sipping warm tea and chatting with other women
✨ receiving a little Reiki or pulling a tarot card- 10 minute 1 on 1 tarot reading per person.
✨ sharing… or simply listening
There is no pressure to participate in anything.
You are always in choice.

For those who feel called, the evening includes a Yoni Steam Ceremony
— a traditional, grounding ritual for rest, warmth, and reconnection.

Meet Meek 🌀🌿 Meek is the co-founder of Casa Aluna, a living, breathing space devoted to prayer, healing, and remembering our connection to the earth and to one another. Nestled in nature, her work is less about teaching and more about creating the conditions where people can soften, listen, and return to themselves. Her path has been shaped by years of walking between worlds. For nearly a decade she has lived between Australia and Colombia, where she and her partner Fabio first stepped into the work of ceremony and service, learning through relationship, humility, and time spent alongside indigenous elders. Their early project, Sacred Mushroom Colombia, was one of the first expressions of this path and remains part of the roots from which her work continues to grow. Meek still carries people into the jungles and coastlines of Colombia for retreat and ceremony, where the wisdom of the land, the medicines, and the elders guide the experience far more than any individual ever could. At her core, Meek is a mother. To her two boys, to the children she has worked with for more than fifteen years in early childhood education, and in many ways to the spaces she holds. She is deeply inspired by worldschooling, unschooling, and the idea that children, when given freedom and presence, naturally unfold in their own intelligence. She is a lover of forests, of green light through leaves, of rivers, of moon cycles, of women gathering in circles, of songs that seem to arrive from somewhere beyond words. Her voice is one of the ways she works, weaving sound gently through meditation and ceremony, guiding people back into their bodies and their breath. Her relationship with mushroom medicine has grown over many years, and she approaches this work with quiet respect for the intelligence of the earth and the depth of healing that can arise when people feel safe and supported. She has also been guided in the traditions of yagé through her relationship with elders, and understands her role simply as a bridge—someone who helps people approach these spaces with care, preparation, and reverence. Meek has traveled widely, often alone, drawn by a longing for freedom, for understanding, and for the feeling of being part of a much larger story. Those journeys shaped her deeply and continue to live in the way she holds space today. She does not claim to have arrived anywhere. She is still listening, still learning, still discovering her ways. And perhaps that is what makes the spaces she creates feel so human—places where nothing needs to be performed, and where people are gently reminded that healing is not something given, but something remembered. Meek is currently studying numerology, astrology and the Gene Keys to support others in remembering their innate nature and soul blueprint. Her work explores who we truly are beneath the layers of conditioning and societal programming, helping guide people back toward clarity, alignment and deeper self-understanding. Through Casa Aluna and her retreats around the world, Meek continues to gather people in simple, honest spaces where they can sit with themselves, with the earth, and with the quiet wisdom that lives within us all
