Nourish to Flourish: Women in Print 2025 Breakfast Series
Join us for the 2025 Women in Print Breakfast Series, where we explore multiple facets of Nourish to Flourish; a whole life approach to wellbeing at both work and in our families. Across the country, our speakers will share various insights on physical health, mental health, and the role of happiness and self-care in bringing our best selves out.
In Perth, Sharon Gleeson, a Certified Health, Nutrition and Life Coach will discuss how you can create simple sustainable habits that suit your unique lifestyle and working environment - and most importantly - keeping the goals realistic and attainable.
Sharon takes a holistic approach to her work, addressing key areas including stress, nutrition, movement, self-care, sleep, and mindset, because they are all interconnected. She believes that small, practical steps lead to lasting change, and her mission is to provide knowledge, support, and accountability to make better health easier and more achievable.
About Sharon Gleeson
A highly experienced Health & Wellness Coach, Sharon specialises in helping busy business owners prioritise their health. Assisting them to in finding the space to enjoy the energy, balance, and well-being they need to thrive, both personally and professionally.
With 25 years in corporate HR and Change Management, and 10 years as a business owner, Sharon understands the challenges of juggling a demanding career or owning a business, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Over the past ten years, Sharon has worked one-on-one with clients, facilitated group workshops and coaching programs, and spoken at events. Her mission is simple: to help busy business owners prioritise their health in a way that feels achievable, sustainable, and empowering—so they can show up as their best selves in both life and business.

Kimberley Skinner, newly appointed Patron for Western Australia, Board Officer for Women in Print Australia and General Manager of Total Digital Solutions will welcome you to the Perth Breakfast in 2024.
Kimberley, has extensive experience in the printing industry. Since her family's humble beginnings in 1989, starting with a small ammonia plan printer, the business has thrived, now employing 12 individuals. Kimberley officially joined in 2006, actively participating from her teenage years. She's been involved in Rotary in the past, and her commitment extends to her local community, aligning with her enthusiasm for helping others.
She has actively attended Women In Print since 2007 when events expanded into Western Australia and has attended the breakfast series every year. Kimberley believes women should support each other in whatever endeavors they choose to undertake.
A fervent rugby fan, she avidly supports the Western Force and the Wallabies, always visible at games, cheering passionately. In her role at Total Digital Solutions and beyond, Kimberley's diverse interests showcase a well-rounded individual dedicated to both professional success and community impact.
