Join us for the 2025 Women in Print Breakfast Series, where we explore multiple facets of Nourish to Flourish; a whole life  approach to wellbeing at both work and in our families. Across the country, our speakers will share various insights on physical health, mental health, and the role of happiness and self-care in bringing our best selves out.

In Melbourne, our speaker Craig Harper will share his insights on ‘Being Your Optimal Self’, exploring the power of taking action to improve physical health and well-being. His engaging, no-nonsense approach will leave you motivated and equipped with practical strategies to enhance both your personal and professional life.

About Craig Harper
Craig Harper brings decades of experience as an Exercise Scientist, corporate speaker, writer, media personality, and performance coach. 

With a career spanning elite sports, corporate leadership, and personal development, he has worked with top athletes, businesses, and individuals to unlock their full potential. Craig is also the host of the popular podcast ‘The You Project’, partners with Monash University’s BrainPark Team, and is currently completing a Ph.D. in Neuropsychology.

Rita Karagiannis, Group Account Director at IVE - Data Driven Communications, and Victorian Patron for Women in Print will welcome you to the Melbourne Breakfast in 2025. 

Rita Karagiannis

In her work at IVE, Rita takes a lead role in managing enterprise-level clients. With two decades of experience in the industry, Rita has navigated through various facets of the Industry and business, including IT, Client Services, Sales, and Management. Rita brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her diverse roles have allowed her to work across different client accounts and industries, witnessing the evolution of print technologies from overprinting communications on a client-provided letterhead to today's efficient, highly personalised, data-driven communications.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Rita is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusivity. She firmly believes that investing in women and fostering an inclusive work environment can drive positive social change within our industry. Rita believes in the importance of implementing diversity initiatives, ensuring equal pay and benefits, and offering flexible work policies to accommodate the diverse needs of female employees, particularly those with caregiving responsibilities.
