Luma's Art Therapy Group for Women

Art therapy is a form of healing that uses creative expression, like drawing, painting, or sculpting, to explore and understand emotions. It's not about being good at art - it’s about using creativity as a tool to express yourself when words might be hard to find. 

In a supportive and safe environment with other women, this group is a gentle and empowering way to heal, grow and discover inner peace. Any woman over the age of 18 is welcome to join this course, for as many sessions as you like.

This group is facilitated by two compassionate and highly qualified counsellors, Sonia and Sophie.

Any woman aged 18+ is welcome to join this course, for as many sessions as you like.
