A space to breathe, release, reconnect & come home to yourself 🤍🌬️

Join me for a powerful 2-hour Women’s Breakthrough Breathwork Experience in Richmond (Hawkesbury), NSW. A space created & curated with deep intention for you to step away from the noise of everyday life, drop out of your mind & reconnect with yourself on a deeper level!

Breakthrough Breathwork is so much more than simply breathing. Through a guided journey with a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, using intentional breathing techniques, music, somatics & nervous system regulation, you’ll be supported to move beyond the thinking mind, connect deeply with your body & create space for whatever is ready to shift, release or be felt.

Breathwork can support you to release built-up stress, anxiety, tension, trauma & emotion, move through feelings of overwhelm or feeling “stuck”, reconnect with your bodies innate wisdom, gain greater clarity & experience a deeper sense of grounding, presence, peace & connection to yourself.

No two breathwork journeys are everrrrr the same. Your experience may feel powerful, emotional, peaceful, blissful, expansive, energising, deeply grounding or incredibly subtle, there is no right or wrong way to experience breathwork.

This event is for an intimate group of 10 women only.

What to expect:

This experience is curated with deep intention, so you can arrive fully, switch off from the worries & demands of life, create space for you to receive a profound & potent experience & allow yourself to surrender fully to wherever the breath is ready to take you.
