Women's Circle for Mothers December
Last circle for the year.
Let's gather for an afternoon of sharing, moving, breathing, reflecting and understanding as we aim to explore and integrate our experiences of motherhood.
We will discuss the history and culture of motherhood, brain science, a mother's nervous system and how all of this mixes with our own childhood experiences to create the reality of our day to day experience of motherhood.
And then we'll take some action through sharing, listening and being genuinely heard, somatic release, breath work, meditation and self reflection followed by tea, snacks and connection time.
This is an amazing opportunity to feel seen and heard in your experience as a mother and take action to understand what's happening for you and find integration as well as mine the gold that is available to us when we honour and listen to that inner voice.
