    Women’s Circle | Embracing Self Compassion

    This event has passed Register

    Event description

    Gift yourself the time your soul needs to connect and explore how to embrace a lifestyle practice of self compassion and increase self love and acceptance.

    In this Women's Circle I will guide you through several embodied activities that will teach you how to turn the compassion you have for others, towards yourself, too. Incorporating insights from leading experts in the field including Dr Kristin Neff author of Self Compassion and Fierce Self Compassion and Laura Silberstein-Tirch The Everyday Guide to Self-Compassion, we will journey together in embracing compassion for ourselves. The practices I will teach you are designed to empower you in self care rituals and will greatly enrich your connection to self and spirit. This is a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded women and gain valuable insights into ways you can nurture and care for yourself.

    The Women's Circles I host are sacred spaces of safety and trust, intentionally designed to be small and intimate, providing you the opportunity to connect authentically and vulnerably to self, source and others. During our time together you will be invited to engage in a variety of therapeutic activities that nourish body, soul and spirit and incorporate; guided meditation, reflection activities and group sharing.

    As we join together you will have the opportunity to;

    💫 Grow emotionally and spiritually

    💫 Rewild your soul

    💫 Connect to your truest self

    💫 Restore your body-soul-spirit

    💫 Encounter love and acceptance
