Event description
A sacred gathering of women hosted under the stars and by the river, providing you the opportunity to connect to yourself and others, in the beauty of nature.
This is a safe space for you to be seen, heard, held and to heal. We welcome women of all ages and backgrounds who are seeking authentic connections.
The circles I host are therapeutic spaces where I guide women through a variety of somatic experiences that nurture the body, soul and spirit.
During our time together you will be invited to connect to self, Spirit and one another by participating in a guided meditation, end of month reflection activity and group sharing.

Venue
This is an outdoor event (weather permitting) located in Orleigh Park, under the illuminated fig tree. The fig tree is at the opposite end from the Ferry/Bus stop. You will find us next to the orange exercise equipment.
Time
Please arrive 10minutes early to settle yourself into the space.
Parking & Public Transport
There is a designated free car park area next to the Sailing Club located adjacent to where we meet. We are a 10 minute walk from the West End ferry terminal and bus stop.
Weather
In the event of wet weather I will contact those of you on the RSVP guest list via Event Chat with an alternative venue nearby.
About Your Host
I am a lover of deep heart connection and spending time with people enriches my soul. I am heart centered and thrive when engaging in soulful and spiritual conversations. My events are grounded in love and centered upon encouraging authentic connection to self and others
. I value authenticity, vulnerability and empathy and believe love is the greatest transformational source. I have 20 years of experience working in both the education and community sectors as soul healer and educator, and have navigated decades of personal healing and growth in therapy and through self directed study.
