90-Minute Guided Breathwork: A powerful, somatic journey to help release stored guilt, shame, and stagnant emotions, while learning to honour the body exactly where it needs to be.
Sound Healing: Using sacred frequencies to align your energy, restore inner peace, and awaken the body's natural capacity to heal.
Sacred Feminine Practices: Gentle integration to reconnect with your intuition and inner wisdom.
Shared Dinner: Conclude the evening by grounding down with a warm, home-cooked meal shared in the company of beautiful, like-minded women and to the end the night with laughter with sisterhood kareoke.
